1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to Resjin. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Terms of Service," or "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Resjin ("Resjin," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, directory services, booking management system, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform" or "Services").

By accessing or using the Platform, creating an account, making a booking, or clicking "I Accept" or similar acknowledgment, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service
• You have read and understood our Privacy Policy
• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and Services.

These Terms apply to:

• Visitors: Individuals browsing our directory
• Clients/Guests: End-users who book appointments or purchase services through the Platform
• Service Providers: Businesses and professionals who list their services and use our booking management system ("Providers," "Subscribers," or "Business Users")

2. Definitions

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the account you create to access and use certain features of the Platform.
• "Appointment" means a booking for services offered by a Provider made through the Platform, including any updates, rescheduling, or cancellations.
• "Booking" or "Reservation" means any appointment, service, or product order placed through the Platform.
• "Cancellation Policy" means the terms set by a Provider regarding cancellation of Appointments, which may include fees for late cancellations or no-shows.
• "Client" or "Guest" means an individual who uses the Platform to search for, book, or purchase services from Providers.
• "Content" means all text, graphics, images, music, software, audio, video, information, reviews, ratings, and other materials available on or through the Platform.
• "Deposit" means a prepayment required by a Provider to secure an Appointment, which may be non-refundable based on the Provider's terms.
• "No-Show Policy" means the terms set by a Provider regarding failure to appear for a scheduled Appointment, which may result in charges.
• "Payment Services" means the payment processing functionality available on the Platform for booking and purchasing Provider Services.
• "Platform" means collectively: (a) the Resjin website accessible at www.resjin.com and all subdomains, (b) our mobile applications available on iOS and Android platforms, (c) any widgets or embedded booking tools provided to Providers, and (d) all related services, features, and functionality.
• "Provider" or "Subscriber" means a business, professional, or service provider who lists their services on the Platform and/or uses our booking management system.
• "Provider Services" means all services, products, treatments, classes, or other offerings provided by Providers and made available for booking or purchase through the Platform.
• "Provider Terms" means the specific terms, conditions, policies, and restrictions that a Provider establishes for their services, including pricing, cancellation policies, deposit requirements, and service-specific terms.
• "User Generated Content" or "UGC" means any content submitted, posted, or uploaded by users, including reviews, ratings, comments, photos, and other materials.

3. Platform Overview and Relationship

3.1 Platform Services

Resjin operates a digital platform that:

• Provides a directory of service providers in the beauty, wellness, health, and related industries
• Enables Clients/Guests to search, discover, and book appointments with Providers
• Offers a booking management system that Providers can use to manage their business operations
• Facilitates appointment scheduling, payment processing, and related administrative functions
• Provides communication tools between Clients/Guests and Providers

3.2 Nature of Relationship

Important: Resjin is a technology platform and marketplace that connects Clients/Guests with Providers. We facilitate bookings and provide technology services, but we do not:

• Employ, direct, or control Providers
• Provide the actual services offered by Providers
• Act as an agent for Clients/Guests
• Guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of Provider Services

Your contract for services is directly with the Provider, not with Resjin. When you book an Appointment through the Platform, you enter into a separate agreement with the Provider subject to their Provider Terms.

3.3 Agency Relationship for Bookings

For the limited purpose of facilitating bookings and payment processing, Providers appoint Resjin as their limited commercial agent to:

• Receive and process booking requests on their behalf
• Accept or decline Appointments according to the Provider's availability and policies
• Collect payments on their behalf through our Payment Services (when applicable)
• Communicate booking confirmations and related information

When we collect payment on behalf of a Provider, receipt of payment by Resjin discharges your payment obligation to the Provider for that specific transaction.

3.4 Our Responsibilities and Disclaimers

Resjin's Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain the Platform in accordance with these Terms
• Process transactions and bookings as described in these Terms
• Protect personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Respond to customer support inquiries in a reasonable timeframe

Resjin Does NOT:

• Verify the qualifications, credentials, licenses, or backgrounds of Providers
• Guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or legality of Provider Services
• Control or supervise how Providers deliver their services
• Endorse or recommend any specific Provider
• Guarantee that Appointments will be fulfilled as booked
• Assume liability for the acts or omissions of Providers
• Warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure

4. Account Registration and Use

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing your full legal name, a valid email address, phone number, secure password, and any other requested information. You may also register or sign in using third-party authentication services (such as Google, Facebook, or Apple) subject to the terms and privacy policies of those services.

4.2 Account Requirements and Responsibilities

By creating an account, you agree that:

• You are 18 years or older or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction
• All information provided is accurate, current, and complete and you will update it promptly when changes occur
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you
• You will not share your account or allow others to access your account
• You will notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach

4.3 Account Security

To maintain account security: Use a strong, unique password; do not share your password; log out of shared devices; enable two-factor authentication if available; and monitor your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations.

4.4 Multiple Accounts

You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating reviews, evading restrictions, obtaining promotional benefits multiple times, engaging in fraudulent activity, or circumventing Provider policies.

4.5 Guest Checkout

For certain services, we may allow you to book Appointments as a guest without creating an account. However, creating an account provides benefits such as booking history, saved payment methods, faster checkout, and ability to leave reviews.

5. Directory Services and Browsing

Our directory features Providers offering various services. Listings may include business names, pricing, availability, and reviews.

Information Accuracy: Information is supplied by Providers. Resjin does not verify and cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or currency of Provider-supplied information. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from inaccurate information.

No Endorsement: Inclusion in our directory does not constitute an endorsement. You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence.

Search Results and Rankings: The order of Providers in search results may be influenced by relevance, ratings, popularity, availability, and featured listings may be influenced by commercial arrangements.

6. Booking Appointments and Ordering Services

To make a booking, search for Providers, select service details, review Provider Terms, provide specific information and payment details, and submit your request. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation notification.

Provider Acceptance: Providers have discretion to accept or decline booking requests. If declined, you will be notified and refunded.

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate information and selecting the correct service details. We cannot correct errors after submission.

Special Requirements: You must disclose any health conditions, allergies, or disabilities to the Provider. Neither Resjin nor the Provider is liable for issues resulting from failure to disclose.

Third-Party Bookings: If booking for another person, you represent you have authority to do so and are responsible for ensuring they comply with all terms.

7. Pricing and Payment

Service Prices: Prices are set by Providers and may change. The price at booking confirmation applies. Additional fees or gratuities may apply.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. Payment processing is provided by third-party processors.

Payment Timing: Bookings may require prepayment, a deposit, or payment at the venue. Failed payments may result in cancellation.

Price Errors: If we discover a pricing error, we will notify you and you may proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund. We are not obligated to honor incorrect prices due to technical errors.

8. Deposits, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Deposit Requirements: Providers may require a deposit (10-100% of service value) to secure your booking. These may be non-refundable based on the policy.

8.2 Cancellation Policies

Each Provider sets their own policy (Flexible, Moderate, Strict, Non-Refundable). Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after the allowed period.

To cancel, use your account, contact the Provider, or contact Resjin support.

8.4 No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear without prior cancellation ("No-Show"), the Provider may charge up to 100% of the appointment value and your deposit will be forfeited. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

8.5 Provider-Initiated Cancellations

If a Provider cancels, you will receive a full refund. We are not liable for consequential damages resulting from Provider cancellations.

9. Reviews and Ratings

You may submit reviews if you have a genuine booking experience. Reviews must be truthful, respectful, and relevant. Prohibited content includes false info, hate speech, spam, and personal attacks.

Resjin reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms but does not pre-approve them. By submitting a review, you grant Resjin a license to use it.

10. Provider Services - Booking Management System

Services for Providers (Subscribers) are subject to subscription plans, fees, and specific responsibilities regarding business operations, accurate listings, and financial obligations. Providers must maintain proper licenses and insurance. Resjin may suspend accounts for violations.

11. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only. You must NOT: violate laws, infringe IP rights, transmit harmful material, impersonate others, interfere with the Platform, use bots/scrapers, or misuse the booking system (fraudulent bookings, repeat cancellations). Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its content are owned by Resjin and protected by IP laws. You are granted a limited license to use the Platform. You may not copy, modify, or exploit the Platform without permission. "Resjin" and our logo are trademarks.

By submitting User Generated Content, you grant Resjin a license to use it.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party services. We do not endorse and are not responsible for them. Your use of them is subject to their terms.

14. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Resjin acts as a data controller for directory services and a data processor for the booking management system.

15. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Resjin from claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or disputes with Providers.

17. Dispute Resolution

Binding Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration irrespective of class actions.

18. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate your account for violations of these Terms or other reasons. Upon termination, access ceases and fees paid are non-refundable.

19. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement. We may modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.

20. Special Provisions for Specific Jurisdictions

California Users: May report complaints to the CA Dept of Consumer Affairs.

European Users: Have GDPR rights and right to lodge complaints.

Australian Users: Consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law apply and cannot be excluded.
