Do prices include GST?
Resjin doesn't charge GST, so the price you see is what you pay, in Australian dollars. Fresha and Timely show their prices without GST, which is added on top. Square doesn't say on its pricing page whether its prices include GST.
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
No. Create an account and use Resjin free for 30 days. You don't need a card to start.
Is there a contract?
No. You pay month to month and can cancel anytime.
What does "Coming soon" mean?
It is a feature we are building that is not in the app yet. We only mark something as included once you can use it.
Does Resjin charge a fee for new clients?
No. Clients who find you on the Resjin directory cost you nothing extra, whether it is their first visit or their tenth.
Can I move from another booking system?
Yes. You can import your products from a CSV file, and our team will help you plan the rest of the move. Get in touch through the contact page.
What if my team is bigger than 20?
The Team plan has no upper limit. Contact us if you would like to talk about a larger team or several locations.
