Reviews and your venue
How reviews appear on your page and how to report one that breaks the rules.
Updated
Visitors can leave a star rating and a short review on your venue page. Your average rating and review count appear in search results.
We don't remove reviews just because they're negative. We do remove reviews that break our review guidelines, for example abusive content or reviews from people who never visited.
To report a review, contact us with your venue page link, the reviewer's name and why you think it breaks the guidelines.
